Tarkan Göksu, PhD in Law, is a University Professor, Substitute Juge at the State Supreme Court, and renowned Legal Commentator. His area of expertise spans the entire spectrum of civil and commercial Law. He specializes in Inheritance Law (SBA Certified Specialist), Real Estate Law, Contractual Law as well as Construction Law, but has a long history of successfully handling complex national and international legal disputes in many other areas such as Commercial Litigation, Corporate Law and International Private Law. Tarkan is also an experienced arbitrator for national and international arbitration procedures, with more than several dozen cases that he took part in. His multilingual cultural background allows him to advise its clients in German, French, English and Turkish, and has been a partner and lawyer at Zaehringen for more than fifteen years.

Ingo Schafer is a SBA Certified Specialist in Family and Divorce law, which also has a strong background in Real Estate Law, Civil Law, and Criminal Law. He is a realistic and precise lawyer that has been a partner at Zaehringen for more than two decades. His experience as a Judge for the District Commission for Conciliation on Rental Disputes and as the Secretary of the State Commission for Expropriations give him versatile skills that he puts to good use to thoughtfully advice his clients.

VALENTIN AEBISCHER

Valentin Aebischer has a SBA Specialist Certification in Zoning and City Planning Law, and is also active in Contract Law, Administrative Law, and other Civil Law related disputes. Having been a partner for more than twenty years, he has developed intricate legal skills that he puts to good use to advise his clients. Alongside his legal practice, he has been a Judge for the District Commission for Conciliation on Rental Disputes since 2003, which allowed him to develop a strong sense of external dispute resolution.

Arnaud Constantin, PhD in Law, is a university lecturer and Legal Commentator. DOMINIC E. TSCHÜMPERLIN

Dominic E. Tschümperlin studied law in Switzerland and in Ireland at the Sutherland School of Law. His legal expertise ranges from Bankruptcy Law to Arbitration as well as Labor Law, Construction Law, Contract Law, and Criminal Law. His experience as a Legal associate at a Legal Insurance also gives him precise skills in Tort Law and Insurance. Alongside his legal activity, he is also a company commander within the Swiss armed forces.

ANNA SCHEIDEGGER
