Dragos Visan is the Managing Partner of SCA Visan & Asociatii. He is specialized in corporate law, competition and M&A and is also involved in the development and implementation of the legal framework and have succeeded to resolve disputes of any nature faced by the clients. Also he has a wide experience in banking area, Dragos served as coordinator of the corporate department of a prestigious bank in Romania. In addition, he has gained a wide reputation by concluding major transactions on real estate market and has been handling a wide variety of complexed transactions covering legal and regulatory issues in purchase and sale, concession, property insurance, public works, property development and investment. He is a member of the National Union of Bars in Romania and also an active member of the Romanian Association for the Study of Comparative Law and Private International Law. He speaks English fluently.
