BGI Director for the Americas
On an important trade mission to the Embassy of Kazakhstan in Brasilia, our representative for the Americas, Mr. Washington Fonseca, and on behalf of our international network, was received by Ambassador Bolat Nussupov. During the meeting, Fonseca accepted the ambassador’s offer for his office to become the headquarters of the International Trade and Commerce Secretary for Kazakhstan in Brazil, thus strengthening commercial ties between both countries and creating business opportunities.
This visit marks a significant step in the economic collaboration between Kazakhstan and Brazil, in which our network plays a key role as a bridge for international cooperation.
As a follow-up to this mission, Ambassador Nussupov participated in the International Congress of our network, held in São Paulo in October 2023, further consolidating diplomatic and commercial relations between Kazakhstan and the Americas.
With this new partnership, and mayor diplomatic visit, we reaffirm our commitment to the growth and expansion of business opportunities for our members in the region.
